This vintage black cloche hat is made of a velvety soft material...maybe felt. You want to pet it when you're not wearing it.
There are long white feathers flittering around the edge with a grosgrain ribbon bow.
The inner band measures 21.5 inches around...leaning small to medium hat size. The brim is 1 1/2 inches wide. From brim to top of hat is 5 inches high.
That hat has no label or inner markings. It's original vintage in very good+ condition. The wispy feathers still flitter but can always be replaced or added to. Anything goes with a cloche.
